What is Lyrebird Health?
Lyrebird Health is a secure medical note-taking system used by some doctors to help write clinical notes during your appointment.
It works by listening to the conversation during your consultation and turning it into a written medical note. The doctor reviews and edits the note before it is saved in your medical record.
How it helps your consultation
Using Lyrebird means the doctor can:

· Spend less time typing during the appointment
· Create clearer and more accurate notes after the visit
Your privacy
Lyrebird has been designed for use in Australian healthcare and:
· Information is processed and stored in Australia
· Audio from the consultation is not permanently stored
· Notes are reviewed by your doctor before being saved
· Your information is protected under the Australian Privacy Principles
Your choice
You are always asked for consent before it is used. If you would prefer that it is not used during your consultation, simply let the doctor or reception staff know.
